We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Good food and comfortable beds, but that's about it. the location is convenient for getting around the city and there is free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a relief.
Service was terrible! the staff was rude and unprofessional, especially the person at the front desk who was completely uninterested in assisting guests.

The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing and cross-country skiing. The local bus made it easy to access nearby ski lift stations. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent, especially considering it was free.
One negative aspect of our stay was the receptionist's arrogance. She was unhelpful when the credit card machine wasn't working and didn't offer any alternative solutions.
